Will draw: Feral or anthro animals, humans, mild blood or gore, NSFW of 18+ anthro or human characters, mild drug themes (alcohol, weed, or cigarettes), fetishes such as vore, paws, maws, and light bondage.

Will NOT draw: Underage characters in a NSFW setting, feral NSFW, extreme mecha or machines, cars, heavy drug use, hate art (racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, etc), fetishes such as scat, watersports, diapers, nonconsensual, heavy bondage, and inflation.

You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.

I have the right to decline any commission and/or client that I do not feel comfortable working with.

A clear and colored reference sheet or images of your character must be provided. Additional written details can be provided (such as pose, expression, clothing, etc) but I am unable to work off a written description of your character.

Payment is taken via PayPal invoicing or through the commission service on Ko-Fi (monthly Ko-Fi members only).

All commission and shop prices are listed in USD.

Commissions must be paid in full before any work will be started.

Payment must be received within 48 hours or you may lose your spot in the queue or commission opening.

Once your commission has been approved and payment received, you will be added to my Trello queue.

Your Trello card will have a 3-month due date marked from the time payment is received. I try to complete all commissions within 3 months but will communicate any expected delays.

Deadlines are accepted. However, if a rush order is needed, it will result in a fee. This fee varies depending on how much time is given and the type of commission.

The client may request a work in progress (WIP) of their commission at any time. All commissions will receive a WIP sketch and larger pieces typically receive multiple WIPs.

Most edits can be completed during the WIP sketch phase. However, excessive edit requests may result in a fee. To avoid this, please provide a clear pose reference or description when ordering your commission.

Minor edits that were my mistake (ex: a missed marking) on the finished image are allowed and free of charge.

Major edits (ex: lineart changes, redrawing certain parts) on the finished image will result in a fee. Please ask for any corrections during the WIP sketch phase to avoid this. My WIP sketches are pretty clean and finished lines are typically very close to the sketch.

Character changes are allowed if I have not started your commission.

I am not willing to change aspects of my style for commissions. If you don't like my art style, I would recommend finding a better suited artist. Some examples include but are not limited to: adding eyebrows to chibis, removing eyebrows or eyebrow dots, adding claws to chibis (can depend on the character), drawing fingers on itty bitty or mini chibis, adding nostrils to chibis, removing eye shines, or adding "see-through" hair.

I may choose to refund or cancel a commission at any time.

Full refunds are accepted if your commission has not been started.

If your commission has been started, a partial refund will be given based on the completion progress.

Clients who chargeback on any commissions or shop purchases will be blacklisted. I will also post a beware on my socials about the client. I am always willing to work with my clients so if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me to discuss.

I hold all rights on my illustrations, including but not limited to full pieces, WIPs, or unused sketches.

I have the right to publicly post all completed commissions. If you'd like your commission private, please let me know at the time of ordering.

Private commissions (pieces that I am not able to post or use as an example per the client's request) have an upcharge of 20% of the price of the commission.

I have the right to use commissioned illustrations to promote my business.

A commercial license can be purchased for your commission for a fee of +200-300% of the price of the commission, plus the original commission price. Please contact me for an exact quote.

Client may: repost their commission wherever they like as long as credit is given.

Client may: use commissioned work for personal use (ex: icons, banners, etc) as long as credit is given.

Client may: print commissioned work for personal use only. Commissioned work should not be printed and sold for profit unless a commercial license is purchased.

Client may NOT: use commissioned work for commercial use without purchasing a license.

Client may NOT: edit or complete commissioned work, or have another artist edit or complete commissioned work.

Client may NOT: claim the work as their own or post without proper credit.

Client may: make any changes they would like to any commissioned character designs. This includes but is not limited to species changes, marking changes, or color palette changes.

Client may: re-sell commissioned character designs. However, please do not re-sell for more than what you purchased the design for, unless you have purchased additional artwork of the character.

Client may: use the character design for personal use (such as novels/stories, comics, personal art, etc) or commercial use (stickers, prints, or other merch). However, the commissioned artwork can not be used for commercial use without purchasing a commercial license.

Client may NOT: re-sell character designs for more than what you purchased the design for unless you have purchased additional artwork of the character.

Client may NOT: claim the design as their own work. However, the client can claim ownership of the design.

Client may NOT: use or sell rejected design concepts. Character designs typically come with 3-4 concepts while we work together to land on one you like. Any rejected/unused concepts are not included and should not be used or sold by the client. Rejected designs can be purchased separatly if desired. Please inquire for a quote.

Supporting me on Ko-Fi means that you adhere to this Terms of Service in full.

Ko-Fi exclusive bases are posted once per month. Each base (Bronze and Silver tiers) will be posted on the 1st of each month. Any delays will be communicated in a Ko-Fi post.

After a base turns 1 year old, it will expire from exclusive access and will be listed in my Ko-Fi shop.

All Ko-Fi bases and shop bases are for personal use only. Please do not: resell/redistribute the bases to others, color the bases for others for payment, etc. The exception to this would be if you are using the bases for or with adoptables/designs or coloring for others for free.

All finished pieces and WIPs posted to Ko-Fi are NOT free to use. Please do not trace any finished pieces or WIPs. This includes finished pieces, any WIPs, and WIPs of bases that you are not in the tier to receive.

Monthly art rewards will be completed within 30 days of your payment. For example: if your monthly charge is on the 27th of each month, you will receive your reward sometime between the 27th of the current month - the 27th of the following month.

Art reward information must be provided at least 5 days prior to your next charge. For example, if your monthly charge is the 27th, you must have the info to me no later than the 22nd. Failure to do so will result in your art reward being considered a standard commission with a max due date of 3 months from the date the info is received. Please understand that getting your info to me late causes me to get backed up on rewards and will cause delays for others too.

To receive an itty bitty chibi reward on your birthday, you MUST be pledged the month that your birthday falls on.

To receive an itty bitty chibi reward on Christmas day, you MUST be pledged for the month of December.

Early access to art: all members receive early access to all finished artwork, typically posted 2-3 months before the public! This includes commissioned art and personal pieces.

Exclusive access to WIPs and speedpaints: all members receive exclusive access to work in progress (WIP) sketches and speedpaints not posted anywhere else.

Join the exclusive Discord server: all members have access to a Ko-Fi exclusive Discord server. Experience the community by interacting with me and other members, share your art, advertise your work/commissions, stay up to date with Ko-Fi announcements, provide suggestions for future bases, and much more!

Commission me at any time, even when closed: all members are able to order a commission at any time, even when I am closed! I typically don't have many public commission openings so this is a great way to ensure your order will be accepted.

Monthly exclusive icon base: on the 1st of every month, a new Ko-Fi exclusive icon base is available for members to color! This base is random so the species, theme, and details will vary month to month. Previous bases are also available for members so there are usually 12-14 icon bases available at one time. After a base turns 1 year old, it will expire from exclusive access and will be listed in my Ko-Fi Shop for non-members to purchase individually at the non-discounted rate. Commission discounts: Bronze members receive 5% off all commissions, Silver members receive 10% off on all commissions, and Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive 15% off all commissions.

Punch cards for commission credits: if you remain pledged as a member for 6 continuous months, you will receive a credit that can be used on your next commission order.
